What’s In My Comic Relief Bag?

What’s In My Comic Relief Bag?

The fantastic designer, Emma Bridgewater, has designed an exclusively new range of homeware goodies for the upcoming Comic Relief 2013. The range includes an apron, oven gloves, tea towels, mugs and a bag for life. I was lucky enough to be sent one of the bags for a sneak preview and I have to say I was quite excited!

The bag has a rolling design saying ‘roll up for comic relief’ and although it is celebrating a well-known cause it is understated and classic. It is sturdy and could carry quite a weight in it, it also has a pocket inside it so you can keep your phone or keys in there and be to find them easily.

Today I decided to take a trip to the shops with the children, so thought I’d give the bag a try to carry home my purchases. As it is Easter soon I am planning on undertaking in some sensory fun with the kids so head to the seasonal aisle to see what I could find. I wasn’t disappointed and came home with some shredded tissue, plastic eggs, lollies with sheep on and some fluffy chickens. Just a few more bits and my sensory fun will be ready!

And what is more fun than a bag of spring goodies??

The Emma Bridgewater range is available from TK Maxx and Homesense stores throughout the UK. The bag for life costs £9.99 with at least £4 going to Comic Relief and the money raised from the range will be spent by Comic Relief to help people living incredibly tough lives across Africa and here in the UK. For more information please visit www.tkmaxx.com or www.homesense.com
