I am now entering my third year of blogging, although after a long break in my first year I’d prefer to say its my second! After many ups and down over the last twenty four months it has been a crazy few months and I have learnt so much. I have discovered the addictive world of Twitter, learnt how to use Blogger and purchased and fallen in love with my iPad and iPhone and use all their great apps to help me blog.
After starting as a craft blog I decided I wanted to instead write about my life as a new mummy and then mummy to two under two. I shared my fears as a mum, documented my pregnancy journey with Baby J as well as experiencing some hard times.
My New Years resolution, if you can call it that, is to try and find more of a balance between family and ‘me time’ and therefore finding more time to blog. The start of this is by booking my place at the huge blogging event, Britmums Live. This is the UK’s biggest, two-day social media conference and blogger event taking place on 21st & 22nd June 2013, devoted entirely to a parenting audience and run by the UK’s largest parent blogging network of more than 4k influential and engaged bloggers.
I am extremely excited by the chance to learn more about the huge blogging world and how I can encompass some of the ideas within my own little space. It will also give me a chance to meet other bloggers and hopefully make new friends.
In return for sponsoring me for Brit Mums Live I would love to offer:
A badge / advert on the homepage of my blog for a period of 12 months with a direct link to your website.
A post introducing you as my Brit Mums Live Sponsor and three subsequent posts throughout the year.
Your brand name mentioned in all my posts, tweets and mentions of Brit Mums Live.
To use your product or wear your item throughout the event as well as hand out business cards highlighting you as my sponsor.
To review any products or services that you feel would benefit from a blogger review.
To host competitions or giveaways for your brand on this blog.
What am I looking for in return? Ideally the cost of the conference ticket (already purchased) at £49.99. I would also need to travel from Manchester by train which would cost in the region of £150 bringing the sponsorship total to approximately £200.
If you would be interested in sponsoring a baby & toddler focused blog for this event, reaching out to over 1000 other bloggers and followers you can contact me by email firstname.lastname@example.org or through Twitter @hollybobbs
